Runtime error

I get a C++ Runtime error when trying to run IconX

"This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." please contact the apps Bla bla bla

Running Win XP SP3 and did an uninstall reinstall on IconX any suggestions???

IconX has not been updated for a long time. Did you update to Service Pack 3 and then it started happening? If not what were you doing when the crash occured?

I updated to SP3 a while ago, but recently I did a write over install on Windows to correct a problem I had with updating Windows...
